RiseSFT provides China-side sourcing support, supplier verification, factory follow-up, quality-control coordination, logistics coordination, and commercial-risk support. Service scope depends on the package selected and the practical evidence available for the project.

No guarantee of supplier performance

RiseSFT reduces avoidable risk by collecting evidence, documenting inconsistencies, and helping buyers make better decisions. No sourcing, verification, inspection, or coordination service can guarantee future supplier behavior, zero defects, or zero commercial risk.

Commercial-risk and legal limitations

RiseSFT may provide practical risk notes, contract coordination points, and evidence-trail recommendations. RiseSFT does not replace licensed legal advice in your jurisdiction. Where formal legal advice is needed, buyers should use qualified counsel.

Orders and payments

Online orders begin with Stripe Checkout. Payment confirms the starting scope described on the pricing and order pages. If project conditions require a different scope after review, RiseSFT will explain the next practical step before additional work begins.

Third-party services

This website may rely on third-party tools such as Stripe, analytics providers, anti-spam services, or external trade-news sources. Their availability and policies are outside RiseSFT’s direct control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiseSFT is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from supplier decisions made by the buyer. Buyers remain responsible for final commercial decisions, contracts, payments, and import compliance.
